BELGRADE (Serbia), May 4 (SeeNews) - Serbia's government said it decided to remove all entry restrictions and requirements related to COVID-19.

The measure took effect on May 3, the cabinet said in a statement on Monday.

"Starting from midnight, Serbian citizens and foreigners will not be required to show proof of a negative PCR test, rapid antigen test, proof of recovery from COVID-19, nor a proof of vaccination upon entering Serbia, regardless of from which country of the world they enter the Republic of Serbia," the statement read.

Wearing face masks in healthcare institutions is still mandatory in the country, the government said.
