In order to increase an activity of UIA Loyalty Programs’ Members to use accumulated bonus miles, UIA introduces miles validity.

27 December, 2016 the new Panorama Club Terms and Conditions published on the UIA website come into force, according to which the validity of miles accrued on the Member’s individual accounts are 36 (thirty six) months from the actual date of flight performed, service used or miles accrued by special offers, promotions, etc. Miles that were not redeemed within 36 (thirty six) months, will expire automatically on the last calendar day of the current quarter.

31 March, 2017 an automatic expiration of miles accumulated on the Members’ accounts for the entire period until 31 March, 2014 and not redeemed by Members on 31 March, 2017 will be made. Information about miles that will expire for the next 5 (five) quarters is available in Personal Web Account on UIA website (My Profile – Account Summary) as well as by request to UIA Contact Center.

UIA recommends Members to check the amount of miles that will expire on 31 March, 2017 and to use miles for Panorama Club awards that are available for booking for the next 340 days: award tickets for UIA and Partner Airlines (Austrian Airlines, KLM, Air France, TAP Portugal, Etihad Airways) flights, award upgrades, discounts for flights up to 50%, UIA additional services, to cover some administrative fees. If plans change, it is available to make the necessary changes to the issued award.

Please, take into consideration that changes to Panorama Club Terms and Conditions are considered to be accepted by the Member if no written refusal and Panorama Club termination notification from Member was received within 2 months period since the information was published on UIA website. If a Member objects the changes to Panorama Club Terms and Conditions, his/her participation in Panorama Club is terminated due to p.2.10 of the Panorama Club Terms and Conditions.
