Też dostałem tego maila. A nie chodzi tu czasem o rezerwacje, które miały status "oczekujący na wystawienie biletów"? | |

Właśnie dostałam maila (za bilet zakupiony w nocy) o treści: "Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing alitalia.com. We regret to inform you that your ticket purchase has not been processed. Any amount debited on your account, will be credited back. Your Alitalia Customer Center Team" Ale jakoś mało spersonalizowany ten mail... nawet nie ma podane jaka trasa ani nic. A w nocy dostałam potwierdzenie z numerem rezerwacji i numerem e-ticketu. To już jest anulacja, czy dopiero przyjdzie? | |
