InterContinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam Resort bardzo tani przy płatności punktami. Koszt to 25000 za najlepsze pokoje "SUITE PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEW". Niestety daty bardzo odległe, dopiero chyba od lipca. http://www.ihg.com/intercontinental/hot ... oteldetail

Ja mam rezerwacje 4 noclegi BEDROOM BEACHFRONT POOL VILLAS (dla maks. 3 osob). Jednak IHG nic mnie nie powiadamiajac, zrobil mi downgrade do pokoju standardowego KING BED OCEAN VIEW. Nie otrzymalem zadnej wiadomosci, zadnych przeprosin, zadnej informacji - tak po prostu zmienili mi rezerwacje. Jak napisalem do nich, o co chodzi - to otrzymalem takie cos: "Dear... I am delighted that you have chosen InterContinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam as your upcoming holiday destination and I thank you for your loyalty as an IHG Rewards. I am looking forward to welcoming you soon in our spectacular award winning resort, voted as the ‘World’s Leading luxury resort’ by the World Travel awards 2013. Mr. ..., I am writing to inform you that our reservation system had, unfortunately, suffered a technical malfunction on the 8th & 9th of January 2014, allowing our IHG rewards members to book in the high end room categories, with their IHG rewards points. This was unfortunately not a promotional offer from the hotel, but a system defect. As you know with your IHG Rewards – redemption nights are only valid in the property’s first room category which is Ocean view room. This technical malfunction affected more than 700 reservations that we are now trying to manage. Mr. ..., I know that the technical issue is not related to you and that you booked the Villa as it was available on the system. Those reservations will have an important impact on the hotel revenue, (as the bookings came into our high demand periods), and therefore on the service charge redistributed to our team members. As you are aware, the hotel redistribute part of the revenue to all team members, and a few dollars will enable an entire family to live for several days. This is why I am reaching you today to seek for your support and understanding on this technical malfunction. I would be grateful if you could consider the 2 below options which would really support the hotel team members and their families. a. I can redirect your booking to our Ocean view room, and I will provide 25% discount on Food & Beverage and the Spa. b. You could keep your existing booking with a supplement of Thb 10,000 per night, (which represents 50% discount on the Villa rate) and I will provide 25% discount on Food & Beverage and the Spa. Mr. ..., I understand that you do not have to change your plans because of our system malfunctions, but your support would really help us in this delicate situation, Thanking you in advance for your understanding and please let me know your decision so I can re-send your confirmation, Your sincerely, ......................................... Personal Assistant to GM" Czy komus udalo sie uzyskac cos innego? Czy moze ktos juz byl, no i uznali mu w hotelu pierwotna rezerwacje? A moze w ramach odstapienia, anulacji rezerwacji ktos wywalczyl cos ciekawego od IHG? | |
