@kalorymetr z calym szacunkiem, ale jak mialbym sie opierac na informacjach pochodzacych od ''tego szanownego grona'' to na wjezdzie musialbym im tlumaczyc, ze w Polsce mamy Pinokia i on powiedzial, ze mozna.....

Nie wiem w ktorym miejscu widzisz te dokladne informacje, bo ja znalazlem tylko to:

Poszperalem na stronach Tajskiej ambasady w Szwecji i szczegoly sa jednak znane:

1.11 Tourist Visa (TR) --- In additional of the normal tourist visa requirements, you need to have at least 155,000 SEK deposited in your local bank account in the last six months. New visa requirement during Covid-19. See below.

1.12 Non-Immigrant B --- No work permit / Investment Condominium. In additional of the normal Non-B visa requirements, you need to have at least 155,000 SEK deposited in your local bank account in the last six months. And the inviting companies in Thailand has to have the company establishment fund of at least 2,000,000 Baht. New visa requirement during Covid-19. See below.

Required Document in detail

Visa application form.
Original passport.
Copy of passport the page with your information(2 copies).
Two photographs.
Ticket reservation, showing arrival and departure (return ticket) dates for Thailand. Make sure to have a copy of the ticket for each application(2 copies).
For Non-Swedish citizens, a copy of a valid Swedish residence permit card (Uppehållstillståndkort). The residence permit must be valid during the period of traveling and returning to Sweden.
A copy of the Bank Statement of Sweden/ Latvia showing the current balance in 6 months in the past not less than 155,000 SEK (500,000 baht).
Declaration form (For COE).
Confirmed booking of 14-day quarantine in the Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ). The list of ASQ hotels available is posted on hsscovid.com (For COE)
A health insurance policy covering all expenditures of medical treatments, including COVID-19 worth at least 100,000 USD. (For COE)

Czyli przez ostatnie 6 miesiecy wstecz od zlozenia wniosku o wize na koncie bankowym nie moglo byc mniej niz ca. 15k €

Ambasada Tajlandii w Polsce, nie ambasada Polski w Tajlandii i też nie ministerstwo spraw zagranicznych.

Tutaj masz info i podane w PLN, ale jak już sam znalazłeś jest na stronie każdej ambasady Tajlandii w każdym kraju, natomiast warto sprawdzić lokalnie z kraju z którego się wylatuje.

A ja sie zastanawiam o co ta wrzawa dot. Special Tourist Visa. Czy ktos z Was serio chce sie na to porwac?
"• Foreign visitors will be required to have a Covid-19 test taken 72 hours before, departure
• They will have to buy Covid-19 health insurance
• Sign a letter of consent agreeing to comply with the Thai government’s Covid-19 measures
• Will be for a minimum 90 days (there have been some reports of a minimum 30 days), renewable twice, to a total of 20 days
• The visa will be limited to people from ‘low-risk’ countries although that list has not been announced
• Successful applicants will have to complete a 14 day mandatory quarantine at a state-registered quarantine/hotel
• STV travellers must travel by charter plane and every flight carrying them must receive permission from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or CCSA
iThe new 90 day special tourist visa would be able to be extended twice, for 90 days each time. So, a total of 270 days (around 9 months). It was also announced that travellers would have to arrive on charter flights only, further pushing up the price of potential travel back to Thailand.

Tak, tak ja chce tą wize dla mojej dziewczyny, tak naprawde to spadła nam z nieba, niech tylko Polska stanie się krajem bezpiecznym jeśli chodzi o covid.
Niestety obawiam sie, ze moze to potrwac do lata.

Kwarantanna przy pobycie 270 dni nam nie przeszkadza, a co do lotów, to zatwierdizli kilka linii(m.in qatar, british airways i lufthansa), wiec normalnie kupujesz bilet i lecisz jak juz masz wize i inne formalnosci spełnione.

Dobrze liczę, że chcieliby żeby każdy przybywający zostawiał ponad 27000 USD miesięcznie? ;)

Zakładając, że każdy średnio spędzi tam miesiąc, to wydaje mi się, że tak. Normalnie nie byłoby szans na tak długie pobyty, ale skoro sama kwarantanna trwa dwa tygodnie, to może i ludzie będą woleli zostać dłużej.

Dość szybko wycofali się z potwierdzania 65k na koncie, tak więc można już ubiegać się o wizę turystyczną beż dodatkowych wymagań!
Oczywiście nadal obowiązuje kwarantanna :)

Bezrobotni w Pattaya zamknięci w „czerwonej strefie” nie mogą wrócić do domu w Isan.

Chonburi’s designation as a coronavirus “red zone” has stranded unemployed workers in Pattaya, unable to work or leave for the provinces.
Staffers at the closed Sabai Sabai Massage said they’re unable to earn any income, as massage parlors were closed along with bars and pubs to prevent the spread of Covid-19, but they also cannot leave Pattaya for Issan.
Only those with “essential” business are granted government permission to leave Chonburi under the current lockdown. Those arriving from “highly controlled areas” in most Northeast provinces are also required to go into quarantine for two weeks.
So masseuses, bargirls, hotel workers and other unemployed Pattaya residents are stuck here, increasingly dependent on food handouts and the generosity of landlords to afford a city relatively more expensive than Issan.

Proponuje ignorować wszystkie pomysły rządu dopóki nie zostaną opublikowane w Royal Gazette, bo oni potrafią zmienić zdanie kilka razy jednego dnia.

Dla zaszczepionych od 15 lipca najprawdopodobniej zostanie umozliwiony wjazd na 3 wyspy (Koh Samui, Koh Thao i Koh Pangan) bez obligatoryjnego odbywania kwarantanny.
