Kupowałem w październiku 2024 na sierpień 2025 z deala BUD do Ameryki Południowej, lotów dużo (8)  , zmiany były ale niewielkie tak do 30-40 minut. Mi się udało wymęczyć przesunięcie podróży o 1 dzień wcześniej oraz przesunięcie jednego lotu aby mieć dłuższy transfer na wyskoczenie 'na miasto'., Oficjalnie zmiany tylko powyżej 120 minut uprawniały do czegokolwiek, a obecnie to nie wiem czy nie ma nawet 5 godzin (jak w LOT). | |

Dostałem maila od Delty a lot dopiero za 5 dni Delta is complying with a federal directive to reduce flights at 40 major U.S. airports starting Friday, November 7th, due to air traffic control staffing shortages caused by the government shutdown. Delta is prioritizing safety and minimizing customer impact, offering flexible options for customers traveling to, from or through the impacted markets to change, cancel, or refund flights—including Main Basic tickets—without penalty during this travel period. Customers will be notified of any changes as early as possible and are encouraged to check flight status on delta.com or the Fly Delta app. Delta apologizes for any inconvenience. Here are the steps you can take as we monitor the situation for you: 1. Stay on your current flight. Please check your flight status using My Trips on delta.com or the Fly Delta app for the latest information. If your flight is canceled, you may rebook to a different flight or, if you no longer wish to travel, request a refund of the unflown portion of your ticket. Pierwszy lot z Deltą (BZE-ATL-AMS), i mogę same pozytywy dać. Bardzo dobry serwis na TATLu w Y (ale o tym będzie specjalnym dziale), wygodne siedzenie, dobre IFE no i wyśmienity darmowy internet. Bez problemu dałem rady pooglądać mecz Polaków z Holandią przez TVP Sport. No i super sprawa z tymi kolekcjonerskimi kartami które można dostać od pilotów i pogadać z nimi w cockpicie

DL jakoś relatywnie niedawno zmieniła (na gorszą) politykę dotyczącą rezygnacji z lotów krajowych i regionalnych: dotąd można było dostać eCredit do wykorzystania w ciągu roku od zakupu biletu na pełną kwotę biletu. Obecnie nie dotyczy to już taryf Basic : w tym wypadku potrącana jest kwota 99 USD i na resztę wystawiany kredyt. Jeśli ktoś nie jest pewny planów warto o tym pamiętać i wziąć wyższą taryfę. Oczywiście taryfy refundowalne nadal są refundowalne na stary zasadach (zwrot na kartę). | |

Dość nietypowa sytuacja, ale może poniższa informacja pozwoli komuś zaoszczędzić trochę czasu i nerwów. Kupowałem ostatnio bilet w DL i chciałem wykorzystać trzy vouchery (eCredits). Każdy voucher wystawiony w innej, obcej walucie. Dodatkowo podróż miała zaczynać w PL więc domyślną walutą rozliczeniową był PLN. Wszystkie vouchery ładnie weszły w trakcie wpisywania danych, cena końcowa wyświetlała się poprawnie (tj. z uwzględnieniem wszystkich zniżek), ale po przejściu do płatności albo wywalało błąd (apka), albo strona DL usiłowała obciążyć mi kartę pełną ceną biletu (niezależnie od przeglądarki). Po ponad 3h spędzonych na czacie z supportem DL udało się znaleźć rozwiązanie – przy jednoczesnym wykorzystaniu kilku voucherów wystawionych w różnych walutach należy ustawić walutę rozliczeniową taką jak waluta najwcześniej wygasającego vouchera. Niestety nie udało mi się znaleźć możliwości samodzielnej zmiany waluty na stronie DL ani w apce (domyślnie ustawiona jest zawsze waluta kraju wylotu) więc kupno takiego biletu i tak raczej nie obejdzie się bez kontaktu z supportem. | |

Na wrzesień kupiłem lot z Nowego Jorku do Nashville lot nr DL5617 realizowany przez chyba jakąś spółkę córkę republic airways dba delta connection , nigdzie nie znajduje takiego nr lotu .... Wiecie może o co chodzi? | |
