Witam. Mam pytanie do osób, które dzięki użytkownikowi TRISTAN zarezerwowali sobie noclegi nad balatonem za 5 gr. Ja mam rezerwację 14-16.04.2014, czy ktoś z Was ma rezerwację we wcześniejszym terminie? | |

Ja rezerwowałam ponad miesiąc temu a dopiero dziś wysłali mi informację o tym, że anulowali mi rezerwację, a miało być tak pięknie..  | |

mam nadzieje, ze nikt niczego pod ten hostel nie bukował, pewność anulacji w tym wypadku była około 99,9 %, zresztą mam wrazienieze 90 % bledow hotelowych z hotel4free jest anulowywanych, i a z bookingu to jeszcze najrzadziej | |

Nie zgadzanie sie na anulacje ma w ogole sens? Moze jest szansa na jakis kod znizkowy przy nastepnej rezerwacji czy na to szanse tez sa bliskie zera? | |

Myślę ze warto spróbować zawalczyć przynajmniej o jakiś kodzik. W końcu to ich błąd a nie nasz. Zobaczymy co odpiszą koledze RadekRRR. | |

Niejaki Alvaro Iglesias z hostelworld odpisal mi, ze znizki nie moze dostarczyc (ani vouchera etc) i dodal (nie wiem w sumie co to mialo wspolnego z moja prosba o zadoscuczynienie), ze od grudnia nie obciazaja oplatami rezerwacyjnymi. Moze na fb cos im odpowiem... | |

Jak dla mnie ta pozornie uprzejma odpowiedz, jest bardzo zlosliwa i lekcewazaca, jednoczesnie pokazujaca kierunek ich obrony, gdyby w Twoje slady poszli inni forumowicze.Nawet 20 Eurowy voucher bylby tu niskokosztowym gestem z ich strony, zalatwiajacym sprawe, a tak pokazali swoj "great service". | |

Na druga rezerwacje z drugiego maila odpowiedzieli jeszcze inaczej: Hello there, Thanks for your mail, Unfortunately this issue was outside of our control as it was an administration issue at the property and we are no longer working with the property as a result. This is why we can not keep your reservation neither give you a discount. Our company provides the IT service for Hostels to sell their beds online, in which all bookings are checked and processed by the hostel themselves. When hostels join us they upload their own availability and prices and all bookings are sent through to them. As soon as your booking is confirmed online, the hostel receives a copy of your reservation. The property upload in this case the prices shown in the website. We are really sorry about this issue as we had to also finish our reltion with ths property. Please, if you have any more questions just let me know and I will be happy to help. | |
