Od jakiegoś czasu nie mogę aktywować żadnej oferty. Klikam na przycisk i tak jakby zaczyna się kręcić i po chwili staje w miejscu. Spotkał się ktoś z czymś takim? Czy pisać do supportu?

Ciekawostka w Ibis/Novotel Wrocław Centrum.
Dzisiaj wśród gości przeprowadzano losowanie.
Prowadząca losowanie mówiła, że na co dzień starają się uatrakcyjnić pobyty różnymi wydarzeniami. Losowanie nie jest powtarzane często, są organizowane mniej więcej raz w roku.


PS. Hotel perfekcyjny. W wolnej chwili opiszę w wątku obok.

Spróbuj z telefonu, a jak nie pomoże to próbuj w różnych przeglądarkach.

Co ciekawe w ramach oferty Sofitela na stronach hotelu żeby skorzystać z oferty trzeba zarezerwować minimum 2 nocy (2 nights) zamiast 2 stays... Ciekawe :D

Chyba zawsze było dwie noce.. chodzi o ciągłość pobytu w jednym hotelu.
Gdyby były dwa pobyty, to można by było je zrobić po jednej nocy w dwóch różnych hotelach.

Z opisu promocji wynika że wystarczy jedna noc w czasie jednego pobytu. W oficjalnych warunkach na temat ilości nocy nie ma ani słowa, ale próbując bukować z linka promocyjnego od razu kalendarz zaznacza dwie noce.

pytanie blondynki - przegapiłam datę ważności punktów w accor i kilkanaście tysięcy wyparowało - czy jest szansa (czy komuś się to kiedyś udało) na "czynny żal" w customer relations i przywrócenie punktów?

A właśnie, że szanse są :) Skontaktuj się z nimi, opisz problem i dadzą Ci wyzwanie czy tam challenge - przynajmniej jeden nocleg w ciągu bodajże 90 dni, potem znowu się z nimi kontaktujesz, sprawdzają czy zadanie wypełnione i punkty przywracają.

Limitowana czasowo oferta Accor Plus w Wietnamie (potwierdzam, że stawkę śledziłem i wcześniej było to 6.100.000 VND) i roczne członkostwo jest dziś do nabycia za 4.575.000 VND, co daje ok. 740 zł.

Wersja malezyjska wychodzi jeszcze taniej: 585MYR czyli jakieś 490PLN.
Niestety na wariant Explorer Plus nie ma zniżki.

Niespodzianka mnie spotkała po ostatnim pobycie w Ibisie w PL - dodatkowe 1000 punktów za nocleg.
Sprawdziłem później że to promocja Repeat And Earn dla statusu Classic dla osób które spały w sieci w ostatnim roku raz (co dziwne, bo ja zaliczyłem więcej noclegów w tym czasie - ale to w końcu Accor):

informacyjnie - w lutym zlinkowalem moj profil w Accor z Qatar Privilege club (zamiast KML/Air France Blue, ktory byl polaczony z Accor dotychczas), 20 marca odbylem lot CPH-DOH i od razu po zakonczeniu lotu moj status w QR w skoczyl na gold (mam platinum w Accor) z najnizszego statusu.
Takze warto linkowac oba programy, status wchodzi niemal "na zywo", dla proby kilka dni pozniej zamowilem Al Maha transit servce dla golda, Pani czekala przy schodach, przejazd autobusem "business class", asysta od samolotu, przez security, pod same drzwi do business lounge, tak wiec moge moge potwierdzic, ze wszystko dziala :)

@jotr w wątku o Qatarze dopisałeś jeszcze: "bilet mialem wykupiony na stronie QR, ale lot z CPH do DOH byl obslugiwany przez Finnair" - czy to dotyczy tego lotu 20 marca który dał Ci Golda w QR?
To dość istotne, ponieważ daje większe możliwości.
Natomiast warunki tego "fast tracka" które są tutaj: https://www.qatarairways.com/en/Privilege-Club/terms-and-conditions/accor-account-linking.html ewidentnie wskazują na lot tylko QR:
9.5 Linked Members that are eligible to this fast track offer will attain Silver, Gold or Platinum tier according to their ALL status within Privilege Club Programme after completing their first Eligible Flight.
‘Eligible Flights’ has the same meaning as the definition of ‘Eligible Flights’ as set out in the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Terms (as amended from time to time), with the additional requirements that the relevant flight is both operated by Qatar Airways and marketed by Qatar Airways.

Oczywiście Accor jest pełen dziur, więc może tego fast tracka jest w stanie aktywować nawet lot dowolną linią One World kredytowany do QR?
Ktoś miał może taki przypadek?
