Cytuj: Thank you for your booking with Superbreak. Unfortunately we have been contacted by Husa President Park to advise that they are sadly unable to accommodate your booking at the rate paid. This is an unfortunate error on the part of the hotel who loaded incorrect rates for this period they do apologise for this but are unable to confirm your booking. In our terms and conditions of online booking we do have a clause that advises rate are “subject to unreasonableness with regards to any rates shown that are clearly incorrect”. The hotel are willing to accommodate the booking at the correct rate which will be £80.00 Sterling so an additional £72.00 Sterling would have to be paid or we can cancel this booking and refund the monies taken in full? Again we apologise on behalf of the hotel for the error made. Jak mogę przez hotel zarezerwować pokój za 50 pounds... | |
